Permitted use and purchasing

Visitors must use the site for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation or security. Listings aim to describe products, choices, stock, images, and prices accurately, while reasonable packaging and screen-color differences can occur. Placing an order proposes a purchase; acceptance can be withheld or reversed for stock, payment, address, risk, policy, or genuine error concerns.

Charges and shipping estimates

Checkout presents current prices, applicable taxes, payment authorization, and shipping choices. Preparation normally requires 1–2 business days after authorization, and estimated carrier travel after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Weekends and relevant holidays are excluded, and neither period guarantees a particular delivery date.

After-sale options

Defective returns, eligible non-defective returns, and exchanges are accepted. The voluntary return standard covers new merchandise; a non-defective item must be unused and kept in original condition. Contact the store within 30 calendar days following delivery and obtain approval before returning by mail. Use the free prepaid label supplied inside the package, follow the confirmed address instructions, and pay no restocking fee.
